How to open and view a Perfmon .ETL file?

Greetings -

One of my coworkers generated a .ETL trace file from Perfmon and now we'd like to view that data... how do we do that? What do we open and view that in? I'm assuming that file is where the real trace data is.. the .BLG files are too small to contain any useful data.
