Exchange mailbox administration

I am running Windows SBS 2003 and exchange 2003. I am trying to get my head around exchange mailbox sizes and how they can be reduced, increased and extracted.

I know how to set an individual users storage limit but am looking for a tool that extracts the contents of a mailbox into a pst and then clears that space from the users exchange mailbox?

Any help or guidence on how to deal with exchange mailboxes would be very much appreciated Start Free Trial
