need to remove "Everyone" form folder permissions

Asked by 257Roberts in Microsoft Server, Windows 2000 Server, Active Directory

Tags: everyone, remove, permissions, folder

I have a folder that is confidential and need only 4 users to be able to read and modify.  The only way that the 4 users can access the shared folder is for "Everyone" to be in the permission list as "read only"  If I remove "Everyone" then no one can access the folder.  What am I doing wrong?  ThanksStart Free Trial
