DESPERATION -- load needed DLLs for kernel Windows 2003 Server

URGENT HELP NEEDED... Will buy you beer!

Rebooted my three Windows 2003 Server instances inside my Xen server today, and instead of booting up as they should all I get is the following error:

Windows could not start because of an error in the software. Please report this problem as : load needed DLLs for kernel. Please contact your support person to report this problem.

EGADS -- this error is bad enough when windows is standing alone... but how do I recover from this without losing data/virtual machine configuration atop XenServer ?

Someone please help ASAP. Any advice or experience offered for this problem highly highly appreciated.
