I have a Windows Server 2003r2 Domain Controller in a SBS environment that all of a sudden quit allowing users to connect to the print queues on the server. We have several printers and a few file shares on this server, and since Wednesday, if a user is not part of the Administrators group for this server, they cannot access any of the file or printer shares. I have tried removing Inheritance and then removing permissions and adding back the permissions that I want, but regardless of the permissions I assign to the share (both under the security tab, and the share tab for the file shares) a user cannot access the share without being an administrator on the server. Has microsoft released an update that disallows these shares on a domain controller? Thank you ahead of time.
