DHCP Problem

DHCP Server 2k3, Client is XP Sp2
With DHCP enabled on the client it just hangs till it times out with cannot find a DHCP server. No other errors. No other machines on the network are having ip issues including new ones being built, getting new addresses assigned. Plenty of free IP's availble in the scope.
With Static IP set on the client and IP address reserved via MAC on the DHCP Server client runs fine.
Not sure if it would make a difference but I have not taken the reservation out of DHCP and just left the static settings on the client.Start Free Trial
