Preparing Network Connections is slow and many services don't start

I have Windows Server 2003. I just rebooted the server and now when it starts up, it takes a long time on the Preparing network connections screen but finally makes it past. I can still log in, but hardly any services start up. It seems that DNS did start, but AD and server and all the other services for the most part did not start up. I did a restore to last known good config and that did nothing. Any other help? This is a PDC with DNS installed on it.Start Free Trial
