Backing up data before wiping these systems

I have two systems my company purchased used from another company going out of business. I promised to backup their data on both boxes before wiping them. However, I come to discover they are DCs and I don't have the password for any domain account. A password wiper only clears local accounts and DCs have local accounts disabled.
I was thinking SmartStart would have a way to install a parallel OS, but it only gives me an option to wipe the existing. As you know, without SmartStart, the Windows OS installer cannot see the RAID SATA drives.
Do you have any suggestions on how I might access the file system to backup data?
TIA!
