Wins, Event Log, DHCP, DNS, Internet Services Do Not Restart After A Reboot.

I have Win 2k Server running in our office and it hosts our DNS, DHCP, Domain Controller and other little services.  It runs ok but the problem that I have is when we reboot the server, the first message to pop up is:  "WINS CANNOT BE STARTED"   I go into services and find that all of the above did not start automatically and I have to go to Services and manually start them, then go into the Internet Services Manager, Wins Service Manager, and the DHCP Manager and start each of the manually in order to get everything back up again.  I have the Services set to start automatically but when it reboots it changes to do manually???  I'm stumped... Could this be a policy or could there be something else that is holding it back????  Thanks in advance!!!  BillStart Free Trial
