i am logged in as administrator. i do have full control of the folder. i am also the owner of the folder. I have emptied the recycle bin in the normal manner. it shows empty on the desktop, but navigating to the C drive and right clicking on the recylcer displaying properites shows 660 MBs. the old admin account no longer exists on the server. the files and folders in the recycler does. i've tried the simple common sense things like logging on as admin and giving the admin account full access.

If the file/folders are not hidden on the server you can go under the drives to C:\RECYCLER and see the contents .
