Group Policy Blocking access to exchange server

I had a group policy I created for a test several months ago applied to the whole domain.  I was doing some clean up today and changed the policy to only be applied to certain OU's and when this was done and the domain updated its group policies all machines could no longer connect to the exhange server. No errors in any event log. Once the GP was applied back to the full domain access cleared up This was a new policy created for testing purposes several months ago. The default domain policy and the default domain controllers policy were never altered. Any suggestions as to what in the policy could stop access to the 2003 exchange sever?  Start Free Trial
