Missing Driver For Windows Server 2003 for SBS

Hi Experts:
I hope you can help me with this problem.
I am currently trying to find a missing driver for my Intel DQ965GF Mother Board
The missing driver is listed in the device manager as (Simple Communications Controller)

Background Information:
I want /need to use Windows Server 2003 for SBS

What I have tried: And Worked
I have gone out to Intel and updated the following
1.)Bios
2.)Matrix Storage Technology (RAID) Driver
3.)LAN Driver
4.)Audio Driver
5.)Chipset INF Update Utility Driver
6.)Downloaded SP3 from MS

What I have tried: And Has Not Worked- failed install
1.)Graphics Media Accelerator&The operating system is not supported error message
2.)Management Engine Interface Driver & The computer does not meet the minimum requirements error message
3.)Serial over LAN Driver& The operating system is not supported error message

Note: I have an identical system running Win XP Pro with no issues.
In the beginning there were 2 missing drivers but after using Driver Genius I was able to eliminate one missing driver
