I had a Toshiba notebook that had Windows Vista Home Premium; I tried everything that I knew to get a VPN connection to work, and nothing worked. &nbsp;I loaded Vista Business and it worked. &nbsp;Does anyone know what Business loads that Home Premium does not have?

Vista Home Pre. will not connect to VPN
