its unsupported and pretty much hacking xp....the short answer is a flat out no....get VNC, or RADMIN, or Dameware mini Remote....

Apparently you can do this with Windows XP Pro SP2 but I haven't tried it myself. I have actually hacked the DLLs but I have not implemented the DLLs on my XP system. If your Windows XP does not start, then please don't complain to me (backup your data first before trying!), but try this:
