Terminal Service Licence Server Dilema

Hi,

Quick one....I seem to have been way off track with my Terminal Server Licence Server Knowledge

Have a few Terminal Servers in the office that stores remote to. Currently Centralising AD and some of the sites have their own local Terminal Server which i have installed the licencing role and activated on....all 2003 terminal servers

I now get errors about licences about to expire, look at a couple fo the licence servers, and find clients from all over the place stealing temporary CAL's from all over the place...i have located 3 licence servers so far that have been activated but are all handing out temporary licences.....

What sort of setup should i have for this setup...just one licence server that deals with all sites and all the local servers in that site?
