Windows Terminal MSTSC + RDP - Need to be able to hide or unpin the title bar on a terminal client's session

Hey everyone,

I've got a group of programmers that work off of Windows terminals (HP w/ CE 6.0) that need to be able to see what is behind the title bar.

For instance...on your desktop, if you MSTSC and RDP to a server...it states at the top and center what server you are connected to.  On the right on that bar...there is the a minus and plus...and to the left there is a pin that undocks the menu bar and it will slide back up into the screen.

There is NOT a pin button on that bar on the terminal clients so their menu bar will fade away.

can I add that some how?

GPO, terminal server settings?

Thanks a bunch,
