Remote Desktop shows blank screen after log in

Hello,

I have a Windows 2003 Server that is running Terminal Services. At my remote locations the computers are joined to the domain, but at times the user needs to log into Terminal Services. When they attempt to it gives them either a black screen or blue screen and it never kicks over.
However, when I make that user a domain admin, they can log in to Remote no problem. I have checked my GPO's, but I am at a loss.
Each user is already a part of the Remote Desktop Group and if they log into remote from any where else other than on the domain computer, they session completes successfully.

Any Ideas?
