i have seen many cases then when using something such as RADMIN as well as mstsc /console, users see some major problems.
I would suggest using one or the other...either RADMIN or /console switch.

unable to access the physical console from radmin
HI,
I AM USIING REMOTE ADMINISTRATOR V2.1 TO CONNECT MY UK SERVERS FROM INDIA.BUT I CAN CONNECT TO PERTICULER SERVER,WHEN I HAVE CONNECTED CONSOLE THROUGH RDP(REMOTE DESKTOP).IF I DO NOT HAVE ANY CONSOLE CONNECTED THROUG RDP,THEN I AM UNABLE TO CONNECT TO THAT PERTICULER SERVER.
KINDLY SUGGET THE NEEDFUL, SO THAT I CAN GET THE CONSOLE WITH OUT HAVING PREVIOUS CONSOLE FOR THA PERTICULER SERVER.

i have to give the soln. for radmin only:( as per my clinets requirement), because i also need to do ftp with the help of radmin.
i am able to do all required job, if have a connected console by rdp only.if i have a connected console through mstsc or through any else remote access s/w , then i am also unable to get the console for radmin.

Try connecting using the Microsoft RDP client. Click Start > Run. type: mstsc /console
