Terminal Server - Per User Display Settings

I'm having issues with our new Terminal Server.  Some of our users have "seeing" issues, so when they log onto the terminal server from their laptops, the fonts are too small.  How can I change this so only certain users have larger fonts when on the Terminal Server?
