Remote Desktop or GoToMyPC?

Asked by mikeabc27 in Remote Desktop/Terminal Services, Virtual Private Networking (VPN), Citrix

Most of the clients I support connect to their office PCs using Remote Web Access or by a hardware firewall port direction. However, one client who wants to connect to about five computers in a workgroup wants to look at GoToMyPC. What's this like and is it any better or worse than RDP?
