terminal service logon error

hi All,
i m facing this error when my i trying to logon on terminal server ----
"To log on to this computer, you must be granted the Allow log on through Terminal Services right. By default, members of the Remote Desktop Users group have this right.  If you are not a member of Remote Desktop Users group or another group that has this right, or if the Remote Desktop User group does not have this right, you must be granted this right manually."

when i add my user in local admin group on server my user is able to logon with out any problem.but when i remove my user from administrator group and while adding to remote desktop group and terninal serive configuration permission group he will face this error why?Start Free Trial
