how to restrict user to access only particular region in windows server 2003

i have a setup of windows server 2003 and clinet windows xp now i connect to server via remote dektop i am able to do that but how can i restrict to user toa particular folder that should be his home folder and he cannot see any other thing in the server

currently when i connect to server i am able to view my computer and all its drives how to restrict user to its own folder only

 and also currently i am logging on to my client mechine then i have to click on the remote desktop is there any way that at the windows xp login it self i can show the user desktop from server instead of the domestic(windows xp) desktopStart Free Trial
