Training with Remote Desktop Connection

I'm using RDC now as a support tool for several LAN's I manage.  Up to now, I've been content to "remote" in, take control of the PC, and clear up any problems that my customer may have on their PC.  However, as they have become more adept with their computer usage, I'm ready to allow them to "see" what's going on after I logon and begin to take care of their problems.  I'm using their own UserName and Password in my RDC shortcut to take control.  Consequently, when I take over their PC, all they see is their Windows Logon screen.

Is there a way to allow them to see what is occurring (mouse movement, keyboard strokes that I'm making) while I'm on their computer during an RDC session?Start Free Trial
