I have 4 windows 2003 terminal servers with approximately 12 users connected to each of them.
When the users are navigating thru Windows explorer  to Dfs drives and the users hits the back button the window can freeze and becomes unresponsive for 1 to 5 min. The user just gets the hour glass.

Not sure if this is related or a separate issue, But I also notice that when opening up the my computer Icon at times that it can an unusually long time for the my computer window to populate the computer drive.
