I have a user with a problem with screen flicker in a TS session in a particular word document.
The user uses Remote Web Workplace via an SBS box to connect to the terminal server. The terminal serverh as Office 2003 installed. 99% of the time she has no problems but there is a particular Word document which intermittantly causes the screen to flicker on all or part of the Word document, as if the entire screen or part of the screen is refreshing every second or so. When the issue is occuring it also flashes every key press she types in the word document, and if she types too many letters quickly, the entire TS session locks up and needs to be killed via taskmgr then logged onto again. Once logged on again the dodgy word document is still visible and may or may not begin the flickering issue once more.
The Word document in question is just a standard document, its a contract so has lots of information formatted in tables. She hasn't had the issue with other Word documents although this document is the largest one and the only one made up mostly of tables.
I've attached the word document. Its a very b izarre document, even when I am looking at it locally i can't seem to page down to the last page; every time i page down a few times and click, it kicks me back to page 1.
The user uses other applications on the TS without an issue, including Outlook and a couple of industry specific programs.
Any ideas?
