Error in Remote Desktop Connection

Hi supporter,

I connect via Remote Desktop Connection  to a 2003 server no problem in a few months with no problem.
Suddenly I discover that the server has expried the Terminal Server licensing and i renew this license.
After i restart Terminal server and attempt to connect back to it via Remote Desktop Connection again and get the following message:

The Client could not establish a connection to the remote computer
The Most Like causes for this error are:
1) Remote connections might not be enabled at the remote computer.
2) The maximum number of connections was exceeded at the remote computer.
3) A network error occurred while establishing the connection.

I am very suprised these troubles only happended on some PC.
