Enable Remote Control in Windows 2003 Server

I want to enable Remote Control in Windows 2003 Server. I have done following but still it the option of Remote Control is grayed out.

You cannot make sbs a member server.
Sbs is a domain controller and you can add member servers to it.
By definition SBS can't be a member server.
But if you want to add it and make it the domain controller have a look at this article:

cant you just go (start - control panel - system - remote - then alow remote assistance ?

No, what you need is to enable Remote  Desktop. For that, right click My Computer and take properties. Go to the Remote tab and click the option that says "Enable Remote Desktop".

Remote desktop is enabled. What I am looking for is that as Admin I can see how many users are connected to my sessions and then I can just view their sessions or control their sessions.

I am talking about Remote Control not Remote Desktop.

You can view or even interact with a user's session, depends upon how it is setup.

Another that will prevent the connection to the Remote Desktop is Windows Firewall. If you are using Windows Firewall (on by default) then you should turn on the exception REMOTE DESKTOP.
