RDP shows black screen also cannot remotely connect to "services"

For some reason, when trying to remote desktop to a particular Windows 2003 server, I get a black screen.  It acts like it is connecting but I never get a prompt to logon.  Also, from another server that is working properly, if I launch "Computer Management" mmc and try to connect to this problem server remotely, I can see the event viewer (with no errors) but when I click to see what services are running on the remote "problem" server the mmc hangs and never connects.  I am trying to figure out why I am having connectivity issues with this server.  Thanks for any help.Start Free Trial
