Can not Access Windows 2003 Server via Remote Desktop.

I have a Windows 2003 server that functions as the antivirus server for our domain clients. I rebooted it a few days ago and since then I'm not able to access it via remote desktop, however, I can access it via pcAnywhere. The server is running Symantic Antivirus 10.1.6. How can I restore remote desktop terminal services access to the server?Start Free Trial
