Local Printer Sharing in Terminal server session

I have win2003 terminal server. and client is winxp sp2. I have network printer configured in win xp clinet. When i login to terminal server using rdp, i am not able to share the  local n/w printer in the terminal server session  in user login. i can only share the local n/w printer in administrator login in the clinet.
I tried to add the local user in domain admins/administrators group. but still not able to share the local
printer .
