So it has nothing to do with Windows and application settings carrying over when users are logging on to multiple terminal servers?
Main Topics
Browse All TopicsI am currently running a Server 2008 TS Farm with 3 terminal servers and a session broker. I have TS Roaming profiles set up but have been getting random feedback from users that certain settings are not sticking from day to day, eg. Default Printer, Application preferences in Microsoft Office etc... . Currently I do not have a TS Home Directory configured. What is the difference between not having a TS Home directory configured and having one configured? If I configure one now, are users' settings going to be reset? Remember that I already have TS roaming profiles configured... Thank you.

The TS Home Folder is essentially a "My Docs" folder for each user. It can be specified on a local path or a network location.
