This is the old 1.1 version and as far as I can tell, isnt supported for vista. I get error connecting to machine 5 access is denied. The link that supports vista i believe is 2.0 and that is the link i cannot get to come up. but thanks for trying

We are trying to fix remote assistance in Vista where the user will not have to allow our connection through remote assistance.<br />
We had this fixed in XP but the files are not in the same location. <br />
