I discoveredafter my posting that this printer was incompatible with WIndows 2003 Server. I like to hear more about your information in your small note because if a client cannot afford Citrix and they need a dedicated server for the application - how do you handle printing issues? The other thing that is tough to deal with is that small business owners like to use these all-in-one printers which can be painful in the Citrix world as well. Anyway, I would love to get more ideas on a better way to hanlde small businesses.
BTW
I think he agreed to purchase a small laserjet printer to resolve this issue. So, do you have one you could recommend and how do you get it to work without installing that driver on the Windows 2003 server.

You did not mention which version of TS that you have. If on 2008, you can use EasyPrint (free, built-in feature that comes on 2008 TS) and that will probably do the trick.
If on 2003 if you installed the printer driver on both the TS and your PC and could not get it working it probably means the printer is not TS compatible at all.
Small note: it is a BAD, I mean BAD idea to install any printer drivers on TSs for several reasons but that is a topic for another post I guess. :-)
