how to scan for malware on a terminal server

Asked by menreeq in Remote Desktop/Terminal Services, Windows 2003 Server

On a terminal server if I scan for malware from the admin account would it have access to the registry for all the terminal server users?

I fear that the registry for each user is not loaded from ntuser.dat until the user logs in so i was thinking it may not have access.

What do you think?
