Local Admin denied access to IIS.

I have a user who has been given Administrator access to a local server.

When this user logs into the server with his cred's he goes to IIS Manager, and it prompts for a username password, saying Access Denied.

What gives? He is a local admin so it should work right? Start Free Trial
