Text missing from word documents printed in a terminal session

I have a Windows 2003 terminal server with Word 2003, When users print documents from within a terminal session, occasionally some text is missing.  If they copy the file to their local hard drive it prints fine.  Likewise if I print it directly from the terminal server console it works ok.   This setup has been working fine for a few years now and nothing new has been added recently except microsoft updates.

Anyone come across similar issues with TS (or better still a solution)?Start Free Trial
