Connectcomputer wizard wont work

The Small Business Server Networking Wizard was not installed.
You may not be a member of the local Administrators security group on this computer or your
Local Intranet security settings may be set to High. Click Connect to the network now to try again
and click Yes when prompted. If the wizard fails to install, contact the person responsible for your network.

is on teh error.htm page.

I added the server by name and by IP to the intranet zone.
I completely disabled all IE security.

One thing...
I have port redirection setup.  The server listens on 8080.  for http requests.  Its not a problem for anything else and I don't think its the problem here as all other remote functions work fine with 8080.

so im going to either http://192.168.10.1:8080/ConnectComputer or server01:8080/ConnectComputer.

I am an administrator on the local machine.  Actually the admin account is the only one on the computer.

I'm inside the LAN when attempting connection.

Any Ideas?
I know I can just log it in manually, but I want all the bells and whistles so Id like this to work.

Also the workstation is a fresh XP Pro SP2 installation with only Office and AVG installed.  All updates and service packs as well.
