Unresolved Recurring Event ID 1008

I need some assistance figuring out why I am getting these events logged on our SBS 2000 server:

Error
Source:      Perflib
Event ID:      1008
Description:
The Open Procedure for service "ASP.NET" in DLL "C:\WINNT\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\aspnet_perf.dll" failed.  Performance data for this service will not be available. Status code  returned is data DWORD 0.

I have found referenced to this particular error but have not been able to resolve the errors being logged. A new Event 1008 occurs once every 5 seconds or so.Start Free Trial
