2 nics with gateway to gateway vpn on external side of SBS2003, will this work?

Basically, I’m trying to make a full time VPN connection between a remote location and an office with a SBS2003 Prem (ISA not installed) configured as follows:

OFFICE LOCATION
Office Computers 10.0.0.XXX (DHCP from SBS)
SBS Internal NIC 10.0.0.2
SBS External NIC 172.168.25.2
Linksys RV082 Internal IP 172.168.25.1
Linksys RV082 External IP XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX

REMOTE LOCATION
Linksys RV042 External IP XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX
Linksys RV042 Internal IP 192.168.1.1
Remote Computers 192.168.1.XXX (DHCP)

The two Linksys can establish a VPN between each other, would it be possible for the remote computers to use this connection to communicate with the SBS server instead of the ‘connect to Small Business Server’ or remote workplace.  We successfully did this on a previous SBS install configured with one NIC, but have been unable to do so on the new install.  Using the two NIC setup would work better for us since we are a small repair shop with one internet connection.  Computers brought in are hooked up to Internet
In the 172.168.25.XXX range with DHCP supplied by the RV082, keeping them away from our internal office computers.  The remote location has 1 desktop and a few laptops, all have been joined to the Domain at the shop and connect with ‘connect to Small Business Server’ shortcut on their desktop with no problems, except when the computers boot they cannot find their roaming profile.  I am also not sure what to set the remote and local groups on the Linksys relating to the office location, should it be the range of the RV082 or the internal range of the SBS, have tried both, can create VPN with both, but neither group can communicate.  Any suggestions would be appreciated.
