Block website on SBS 2003
I need to block access to one website from the domain. I am running SBS 2003 and the client computes have the SBS Server as the DNS server. Can I block access to a website under these conditions?

I don't have the premium version of SBS so i don’t have ISA. Can i do it without ISA?

i am little agry with TechSoEasy solution but if there is any experts then its got soltuion to access .
The other way if you use the firewall then download zonealarm pro its good firewall and there is option to block the application website also.

Angry with my solution? it works!
I'd also mention that many routers have "parental controls" or "IP filtering" which will also filter out the ability to gain access to specific web sites... this is also a good idea.

Solution 1.
Blocking an outgoing request in ISA is available but generally done as a
widescale plan and just for spyware can be deemed excessive as you will be
forever adding stuff but if you want to know for future:-
