Import DNS records

I have a 2000 Server that is at the moment only dns'ing (dunno if that's a word) and blowing hot air. It used to be the PDC.

Now i would like to export all the records and import them into my 2003 SBS machine..

Is there an easy way to do this? and how do i do it?
