File \I386\NTKRNLMP.EXE could not be loaded error code 7 on re-install

Hi! I've got an SBS 2003 SP1 Server that I'm moving from an office we shut down, to a new office. I want to do a re-install, so I can change the domain name and just generally clean up the server.

When I reboot with the SBS 2003 CD in the Drive, to boot from it.  I get the above error.

I have tried remove each DIMM of RAM, one at a time.  And I have upgraded the Flash Bios.

I have run driver updates on the CD/DVD Drive and Hard Drive.

I'm stuck.  Please help.Start Free Trial
