Userenv error Event ID 1030 and 1524 causing data corruption

We have been suffering Data corruption on a few servers lately and upon review of the Event logs, I have noted several significant errors.

Description:
Windows cannot query for the list of Group Policy objects. Check the event log for possible messages previously logged by the policy engine that describes the reason for this.

Description:
Windows cannot unload your classes registry file - it is still in use by other applications or services. The file will be unloaded when it is no longer in use.

The Event id 1030 appears on virtually every line in this log and is causing extreme loss of Data and daily corruption. The Event id 1524 are found on servers and PC which experience, data corruption and outlook freezes.

The research I have found on these errors all point to the DC and group policies causing the issues, but the DC does not have these errors and the group policy troubleshooting proves fruitless.

This is causing us a considerable amount of problems. Please help someone.
