It will take more information to figure out what's wrong...but once you get it working, you'll cry the next time you have to manually configure everything on a non-SBS server.
And BTW, you can manually configure everything if you want to, you don't *have* to use the wizards.
So...Are you using 1 Nic or 2, ISA or not? Is Internet access working from the server, but not the workstations, or not even from the server? What settings do you have for the server if you type ipconfig /all from a DOS prompt?

try to start dhcp from service. what happend when you from server manager click start to internet.
