Error: You do not have permission to send to this recipient.  For assistance, contact your system administrator.
            <customer.com #5.7.1 smtp;550 5.7.1 H:MXB Connection refused due to abuse>

Environment: SBS Server 2003 / Using internal mail server and SMTP server. / Not on any RBL lists.

Situation: Can send mail to 99% of recipients. A handful of domains bounce back within seconds with the above message.

Any help would be greatly provided.

P.S. Currently on the phone with the ISP to verify that the reverse DNS lookup is correct.
