I installed a new SBS2003 server last week, and all went well, server is performing fine. For a time the C: filled up w/ Exchange logs, but moving the swap file to the data drive, and running a backup fixed that. No more low space on C:
I still recieve Low Disk Space (HarddiskVolume6) in the performance and monitoring reports however. It says 0% free. Tried running the report setup again, and it didn't fix it. Is there anywhere I can manually edit which volumes are monitored so I can remove this obviously bogus entry?

In explorer Right click on one of your HDD>Properties>Hardware>Hi
Restart the machine. (Not always necessary)
At least now when people remove a drive without the eject you won't get that silly message.

There are many things you should move to the data partition on an SBS. Please look at http://sbsurl.com/movedata
But you're right that it's a bogus entry... and sguinn100 and olafdc are right to point out that it's your USB Hard Drive (which you may have removed or not) that causes it. This is actually a bug and there's no current patch for it. The above mentioned remedies can help sometimes, but not always... sometimes you have to reboot to get it to stop. You can disable low disk space alerts, but the setting is not drive specific... so disabling it would also mean that you won't get an alert for the C: drive either.
However, if you'd like to disable it click on Monitoring and Reporting in the Server Management Console. Then click Change Alert Notifications > Performance Counters tab. Untick the box for Low Disk Space.

If you have an external USB HD for Backup and did not properly dismount it before unplugging it you can get that error. I do not know of any way to edit that performance monitor. The only way I have figured out to resolve it is to reboot the server so it can be reset. If you know you have adequate HD space for now, you can diable that monitor until you are ready to reboot.
