Create new certificate problems

Asked by Exchange_Admin in SBS Small Business Server

I have a client with an SBS 2003 SP 1 server.
I am wanting to install a certificate from RapidSSL. When following the steps to generate a CSR I don't have the option to create a new certificate. I have the following options:
Renew the current certificate
Remove the current certificate
Replace the current certificate     (This is grayed out and cannot be selected)
Export the current certificate to a .PFX file
Copy or move the current certificate to a remote site.

I do not have the option to create a new certificate. Is this because there is a self generated cerificate in place?
Should I remove this self generated certificate and then request the new one from RapidSSL?
If so are there any special steps to take since this is SBS?
Will this "break" any of the SBS features?
