SBS 2003 server and network hangs

I have a sbs 2003 server that hangs about once every two weeks.  I mean the entire network looses connectivity.  Even when I try to log into the server it takes 5-10 minutes to come up.  I can turn the system off, by the power button, and this resolves the issue for the next two weeks.
I don't have any errors in the event log, except when I power it off and it restarts.  It acts like it looses DNS.  It is also a DNS Server.  i don't see any errors in the DNS Log.  However i have noticed the increment on the SAO is up to 1415.  I have not noticed this before, not sure that it makes a difference.
I have installed all the updates possible.
I have had HP come out and check the hardware

It makes no sense to me!  Help if you can!Start Free Trial
