I have two customers who have recently reported Out of office messages are not responding to external email addresses. The option under internet message format is enabled and has been working fine for a long time.
Recently we installed Symantec Information Foundation Mail security for Microsoft Exchange version 6.0.0.177 on both of these sbs servers. Does anyone know if this could be blocking the messages and if so how do I enable them again?
We do not have the premium anti spam running.
