I need to move the email from the sbs2000 server to the new sbs 2003
I have tried to use the migrate utility but it won't connect to the sbs2000 server. I only have about 10 users to move. Is it possible to move them some other way?

For ten users you could use exmerge.
The migration wizard is designed for when there is a non Exchange server involved.
Another method would be to use the SBS Swing Migration: http://www.sbsmigration.co
